Balance Board Workout

I won this Balance Board this year and it has been SO fun to play with, and workout with! Adding that unstable surface is so awesome for your stabilization muscles! Working on your balance can help prevent lower extremity injuries by improving your balance ability, and joint stability! It is seriously so important to work those muscles, just like it is to work your prime movers!

My kiddos actually LOVE to play on the board, and it’s great for them to work on their balance too!
